GARDEN GOLF IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
Next to our spring is an oid fashion small putting course similar to the the ones played during the 1920’s which were called Garden Golf. The course has few gimmicks like todays miniature golf courses. If you go for the hole in one and miss, you are going to end up with a three. Play conservative and you will normally end up with a two. The holes are unique designs not found at todays courses. There is even one hole that rocks back and forth allowing you to control your ball as it heads toward the hole. At the end of the game is the Big Wheel allowing you to try your luck to change the score a little. We use handcut wooden clubs which are easier to aim than regular golf clubs and have a pleasant thwack sound when the balls are hit. We call them thwackers.
